I don't know if you have a blog, website or other options to get help for using octave-online . But if you have something like this I can't find access from the page (or is too hard to find I don't know).
At least a FAQ would be great.
For example: I had some problems for signing in, because I don't see how to create an account however it wasn't needed because you create an account when I asked to sing and you can't find me! that is a good idea but is not straight forward. Just telling is perfect (in FAQ, maybe, I don't know if someone else have the same problem or I just too stupid).
When you start the first time you see a prompt telling you some basics, but you can't see it again at will: for example, if you start using it without account eventually you will wonder what would be the advantages of having an account.
Other questions of how works the site may be answered to in a help page, and I will be greatful if you put together all the "floating helpers" and tips all together in a single site, and I know other users too: is like writing a "how-to" posit and droping it inmediatelly.
