Add support for image manipulation in Octave Online.

Image I/O is now supported! It has been quietly in beta testing for a couple of weeks.

imread will read from local files. You should download the image file from the web site and upload it to your Octave Online account.

Do you have a doc on how to use it? For me it always fails with the following error:
error: imread: unable to find file http://www.blabla.com/xxx.jpg
error: called from
imageIO at line 71 column 7
imread at line 106 column 30 -
